Returns & Exchanges
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also still have the tags on it and be in the original packaging. To use the Customer Return Portal, enter your order # and email address, select the item(s) you wish to return and choose "Store Credit", "Exchange" or Refund". You will be able to print off a pre-paid return label from the portal. The store credit option offers a free pre-paid return label, while exchanges and refunds will incur a $5.95 processing fee, which will be deducted from your refund. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
International Returns: Please use the customer return portal to submit a return request and then mail back item(s) to: Inner Balance Boutique, 12555 Biscayne Boulevard #870, North Miami, FL 33181. The customer is responsible for paying for the shipping costs for International returns.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
If an item is returned between 31- 45 days after delivery, a partial refund of 50% of the price paid for the item(s) will be refunded, when applicable.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, original method of payment or you will be given a store credit.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Exchanges (if applicable):
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or style, use the customer return portal and select "Exchange". Then use the pre-paid label to mail back the original item.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a store credit for the value of your return.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
